CHAPTER MANUAL ONLINE!
Each Chapter is provided with a copy of the Chapter Manual which includes helpful tips on how to operate your chapter. That manual was updated in 2004 and you can now access it online! SECOND VICE-PRESIDENT
Chapters have a special representative on the ASCCA Board of Directors who holds the position of Second Vice-President. The Second Vice-President also holds the position of Chairman on the Chapter Representatives Committee. Larry Nobriga is currently fulfilling that position. Any chapter issues that need to be brought to the attention of the Chapter Representatives Committee need to be directed to Larry for placement on the agenda at:

A common problem for chapters is retrieving ASCCA signs from dropped members. Larry Moore, of Chapter 42 - San Jose, was kind enough to provide us with some sample copies of letters they use that they have found to be particularly useful. Feel free to modify the text to fit your own needs.
