So instead of a simple FAQ we've expanded this section to include lots of different areas. We make every effort to ensure that our information is up to date and correct but we can make mistakes. If you would like to bring something to our attention please do so via our Contact Form. We do not endorse, guarantee or accept any liability for anything in our FAQ. In all cases, we intend the answers to be of general help or to spark further questions in your own mind and we strongly encourage you to consult an attorney for further clarification on those topics that may require it. As an ASCCA member you do get one 1/2 hour free with our attorneys per month so take advantage of it if you need to!
