62nd Annual Meeting

Many folks enjoyed our activities at our 62nd Annual Meeting and Elections held in Sacramento, California in October of 2002
Our Golf Tournament meant that attendees enjoyed 9 holes of golf at the Billy Casper Design Championship Golf Course in Sun City, followed by "The 19th Hole" at the home of John and Terry Goodman. A Wine and Cheese Welcome Reception was held at the Holiday Inn - Capitol plaza in the President's Suite. A number of attendees enjoyed good food and fellowship on the Riverboat Dinner and Cruise Friday night on the Sacramento River. Chapter Reps, voting delegates and other attendees had a chance to meet and talk with ASC's new Executive Director, Jennifer Zins at a special session held on the 12th. Attendees enjoyed lunch together and an enlightening speech from guest speaker Greg Lucas, Sacramento Bureau Chief for the San Francisco Chronicle. Last but not least, attendees enjoyed each other's company at Saturday evening's Awards Banquet, and entertainment by comedian Tim Bedore. President Carol Bartels recognized many ASC members for their contributions this past year, and Past President Gene Walinski installed the new board for 2002-2003.
