John Goodman Hall of Fame Induction

On Sunday, March 23, 2003, approximately 45 people gathered at the Embassy Suites in Old Sacramento to honor John Goodman as he was inducted into the ASC Hall of Fame.
Though recovering from a cold, John was able to attend to receive his award and enjoy being with longtime friends and associates of ASC.
ASC First Vice President Dan Biggs Emcee'd the event. Not wanting to miss the opportunity to shake John's hand, Dan put on rubber gloves, as John did not want to touch anybody and spread his cold!
Among those giving formal and informal tributes were: Dan Biggs, Jennifer Zins, Gene Walinksi, Walt Carnwright, Moonyean Kistler, Glenda Shekall, Tim Runner, Kevin Browning, Stan Hollon, Robert Salerno and James Justus. Two special guests gave tributes: former ASC lobbyists Tom Riley and Aaron Lowe.
