Maxine Jones Hall of Fame Induction

On Saturday, June 12, 2004, approximately 120 people gathered at the Embassy Suites North - LAX to honor Maxine Jones as she was inducted into the ASC Hall of Fame.
ASC Past President Mike Mahneke emcee'd the event and many other family members and friends were in attendance as ASC welcomed Maxine into this vaunted group of ASC members and supporters.
Many well wishers made formal and informal tributes. ASC President Dan Biggs and Past President Alan Cherko presented Maxine with a resolution thanking her for her service to the association over the years. Current ASC Board Member Kristine Cesena presented Maxine with a certificate renaming the ASC Educational Foundation Jim Jones Scholarship to the Maxine and Jim Jones Scholarship.
Many people joined ASC in giving Maxine several lovely gifts including an all expense paid trip to Hawaii to golf. They also gave her a gift certificate to buy some new golf clubs before she goes.
A good time was had by all!
