In what ways has your partnership with ASCCA Benefited your business:
Shop-Ware is committed to developing sophisticated tools to help the automotive aftermarket thrive and grow. Having access to an informative and collaborative forum like ASCCA keeps us tuned into the various challenges and needs associated with running an automotive repair business.
How have ASCCA members benefited from the services you offer:
Shop-Ware delivers professional-grade innovation for shop management. Shops save time and earn higher profits by getting cars through the door faster and eliminating mistakes made by human error. Shop-Ware’s digital experience “wows” shop customers and drives five-star reviews.
Tell us about a memorable moment from your time being an ASCCA partner:
We got engaged after Rocky invited Carolyn to speak at Chapter 48 in Orange County. It was an early exposure for Shop-Ware in April 2016, and has become a reference online on trends in automotive.
Are you involved in any Chapters:
Our CEO Carolyn Coquillette owns a shop in San Francisco and is a member of Chapter 21. She has also visited and presented at Chapters 12 (San Diego), 20? (San Jose), 48 (Orange County), ? (East Bay).
On the state level, Carolyn currently serves as the Chair of the Connected Cars Committee, has been on the Board of Directors since 2017, and is the association’s current Vice President.
Why should other companies in the industry become ASCCA corporate partners:
ASCCA is the advocate for independent repair shops in Sacramento, including the regulatory Bureau of Auto Repair. Their reputation and watchfulness are massive assets, hard earned over years of relationship building with representatives and regulators. Without ASCCA, who knows where our livelihoods would be today. Surely shops would be less profitable. Any vendor who gets paid by a repair shop should be supporting ASCCA so their clients can afford to do so.
