Using iSocial media to build an audience who believes in your brand

Know - Like - Trust

When your audience feels that they know you, like you, and trust you as a person and company, they want to buy from you. When you have established yourself as an expert in your field, it's monumentally easier to get them to schedule that appointment.

How do we build authenticity? It is easy through clear communication, building trust in your brand, and sharing your authentic self online and in person. These days, we are saturated with an abundance of content. What sets you apart? We want to be unique within our industry, connect with our audience, and we want to show them our personality and values, and bring the human side into auto repair. Establish yourself as an expert in your industry and a brand your customers can believe in and trust.

About Birdie with Bird's iSocial
Melissa “Birdie” Patterson comes to you with a long history (over two decades!) of working in the automotive industry. She began detailing cars and eventually worked her way up to running the shop as general manager and owner. Eventually transitioning into iSocial marketing, specializing in the auto repair industry. Birdie loves working with shops to develop powerful marketing plans and handling their online presence for those shops wanting that level of service. From planning and development to creation and implementation, she works with each shop on an individual level to meet their specific needs while communicating clearly with clients and ensuring your branding is distinctly shared within your marketing reach. Birdie loves working on cars and is not afraid to get her hands dirty; these days, she especially loves digging into solutions for your marketing needs.

Check out this client testimonial:
“Birdie is a dream come true as far as Marketing is concerned. We’ve worked together for about a year now, and she listens and gets the job done. Her professionalism and awesome attitude complements her dedication to greatness. She is definitely the marketing extension of our company and will continue to be for as long as we’re in business.” - S. Turcutto, Walt’s Auto Service, Torrance, CA.
As your personal iSocial Media Marketing Maven, Birdie is dedicated to sharing your unique story with the world through social media marketing and content development. From planning to creation and implementation, she works with each shop on an individual level to meet your specific needs, all the while ensuring your branding is distinctly shared within your marketing reach.

Birdie’s most notable successes include accomplishing a shop’s 5-year marketing and business development goals in 18 months while building a raving fanbase through her dedication to her client’s successes. Another notable contribution to the automotive industry is Birdie’s work supporting Maylan Newton and Educational Seminars Institute. Birdie works alongside Maylan throughout the build and editing of his teaser book, The Joy of Hiring, and his legacy book, The Joy of Auto Repair, a comprehensive guide to running a successful automotive repair shop. Birdie spends many hours working with Maylan and Educational Seminars Institute in their commitment to supporting the automotive industry.

“I am thrilled to bring Bird’s iSocial to support all Amazing women in Automotive, AWiA. My talents include excellent marketing and organizational abilities, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of technical competency.” - Birdie Patterson

With her deep love of all things automotive, Birdie takes great pleasure in volunteering to serve on the board for Amazing Women in Automotive, AWiA, representing them at conventions and expos and promoting them online. Her other philanthropic activities include volunteering with Whatcom County Dive Rescue and Bellingham Yacht Club events. In her free time, Birdie enjoys the great outdoors and turning her own wrenches when it comes to working on her myriad of vehicles, including multiple cars, a couple of motorcycles, a motorhome, and even a Bayliner 2655 Ciera Sunbridge. She’s not afraid to get her hands dirty and loves digging into finding solutions for your marketing needs.
