The day was started off with an impressive lineup of speakers from legislative leadership including: Kevin de Leon, President pro Tem Senate Anthony Rendon, Speaker of Assembly Dave Jones, Insurance Commissioner Patricia Bates, Senate Minority Leader The morning session was immediately proceeded by eighty-five legislators honoring a small business owners from their district who have contributed to their local communities.
