ASCCA Legislative Update - February 2023

The State legislature introduced over 2,600 new bills this year. Many of these bills are "spot bills" meaning that they are place holders to be amended later with more substantive language.   We are still in the process of reviewing all the bills.  Below are bills that we have highlighted so far.  As we continue to review the introduced bills and amendments, we will add to the list.
